Meet Sarah Casey
Founder of Life Simplified with Sarah
I started Life Simplified with Sarah in 2021 with a simple belief. Our homes should support our lives, not overwhelm them.
Over the past four years and more than 4,000 hours of hands-on organizing, I’ve worked with families and professionals to create homes that feel calmer, more functional, and easier to maintain.
What began as helping friends and family clear their spaces has grown into a full-service organizing business serving homes throughout the Rogue Valley.
With a background in management, I bring both structure and empathy to every project. I understand that clutter is rarely just about the belongings themselves. It is often connected to time, life transitions, energy, and emotion. My approach is practical, thoughtful, and always judgment-free.
I specialize in whole-home organization, customized systems, and ADHD-friendly solutions designed to work for real life rather than perfection.
In addition to organizing projects, I also offer Home Support services, moving and staging assistance, and seasonal decorating for clients who want their homes to feel beautiful and well cared for throughout the year.
At the heart of it all, my philosophy is simple. When your home feels good, life flows easier.
Whether we are simplifying a kitchen, preparing a home for guests, or resetting a space after a busy season of life, my goal is always the same. To help you feel grounded and supported by the space you live in.
When I am not organizing or styling spaces, you can usually find me in the garden, spending time with my three kids, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee and sunshine.
